Tracking Information

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Koreku is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or tracking issues.
If your tracking hasn’t updated or you suspect a package is lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. That said, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to assist.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned to us, we can reship it — additional shipping fees may apply.
