We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing Time
Orders are packed in the order they are received.
Processing times may vary depending on current order volume. We appreciate your patience — you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Methods

Total order value

To keep shipping affordable, smaller packages may ship without tracking.

Tracking Information
Most shipments include tracking. If your selected method includes it, a tracking number will be sent to your email when your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Koreku is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or tracking issues.
If your tracking hasn’t updated or you suspect a package is lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. That said, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to assist.

Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned to us, we can reship it — additional shipping fees may apply.
