No Refund Policy
Due to the collectible nature of our sealed Pokémon TCG products, Pop Mart blind boxes, and open box figures, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review each case and do our best to assist.
